justmiine

justmiine is a physician-led, cloud-based software and mobile app company that provides remote patient monitoring and mobile-first telemedicine platforms.

The Challenge

Healthcare providers needed a better way to manage chronic care beyond the clinic, connecting patients, providers, clinical data, and everyday workflows in one experience.

Our Role

We defined and launched a connected healthcare platform spanning patient engagement, provider workflows, telemedicine, remote patient monitoring, and clinical data integration.

Launching a 0→1 Healthcare Platform

We led 0→1 product strategy and experience design for a multi-platform healthcare ecosystem spanning iOS, Android, and web.

The platform unified patient engagement, provider workflows, telemedicine, remote patient monitoring, and clinical data integration, reducing administrative burden, improving clinical outcomes, and creating new recurring revenue.

Scope
Partners Patients, Providers, Administrators, Senior Leadership, Engineering
Responsibilities Product Strategy, UX Research, Design Systems, Mobile App & SaaS Product, AI Integration
Outcome Improved patient outcomes, increased provider efficiency, generated new recurring RPM revenue, and helped position justmiine for acquisition.
  • 0→1 Healthcare Platform

Built an integrated healthcare ecosystem across iOS, Android, and web connecting patient care, provider communication, and clinical workflows.

  • 15K Patient Practice

Launched within a clinical practice serving approximately 15,000 patients and supported by a staff of 25.

  • 3,750 Chronic Care Patients

Designed the initial remote care experience around 3,750 chronic-care patients eligible for ongoing monitoring and support.

Build From Evidence

We created a flexible product ecosystem and design system built to evolve as the platform grew.

Working closely with providers, patients, and stakeholders, we validated assumptions, audited the market, refined the product experience, and used evidence to determine what moved forward.

Increase Efficiency

Great healthcare depends on time.

By moving routine tasks such as scheduling, insurance intake, and questionnaires into the patient experience, we saved an average of 20–120 minutes per visit, including travel and wait time.

We also introduced Ashley, an AI assistant that handled common administrative tasks, answered questions, and provided on-demand support to reduce the burden on clinical staff.

Extend Care Beyond the Clinic

Care doesn't end at the clinic.

We created a connected digital experience that kept patients and providers engaged before, during, and after every appointment.

The patient app connected daily tasks, medications, appointments, education, remote monitoring, and telemedicine, giving patients greater visibility into their care while helping providers stay connected between visits.

Connect Clinical Workflows

We connected patient-generated data, provider workflows, telemedicine, and remote monitoring within a unified clinical experience.

Providers could monitor patient progress, communicate remotely, manage care plans, and identify changes in health without requiring every interaction to happen in the clinic.

We connected clinical and billing workflows to support reimbursement and create new opportunities for billable remote care.

Improve Clinical Outcomes

Connected care translated into measurable improvements for patients, providers, and health systems.

  • 18% Improvement in Blood Pressure

Remote monitoring and ongoing patient engagement helped improve blood pressure by up to 18% and blood glucose levels by up to 10%, supporting better management of chronic conditions between visits.

  • 76% Fewer Hospital Readmissions

Connected chronic-care programs reduced hospital admissions by up to 25% and hospital readmissions by up to 76%, helping care teams identify changes earlier and reduce preventable hospital utilization.

  • 30–50% Less Nursing Time

Streamlined clinical workflows reduced nursing time per patient by 30–50%, while digital intake and self-service experiences saved patients an average of 20–120 minutes per visit, including travel and wait time.

Results That Matter

As the platform scaled, improved care delivery created new revenue opportunities and a foundation for continued business growth.

  • $120–$200 Recurring Revenue Per Patient / Month

Remote Patient Monitoring created a new recurring revenue stream of approximately $120–$200 per enrolled patient each month, connecting improved continuity of care with a sustainable reimbursement model.

  • Millions in New Revenue

Scaled the RPM model across the patient population, turning recurring per-patient reimbursement into millions in new revenue.

  • 0→1 to Acquisition in 3 Years

The 0→1 launch became the foundation for continued expansion across products, integrations, AI, and clinical capabilities, helping position justmiine for acquisition three years after founding.
