justmiine bridges the gap between in-office healthcare and at-home services, unlocking digital-first healthcare, remote patient monitoring, and telemedicine.

The justmiine Patient App helps collect routine information from the comfort of home.

From booking appointments to submitting insurance information or filling out routine questionnaires, the Patient App saves on average 20–120 minutes per visit per person, including travel and wait times.

Ashley, the AI Assistant, helps with administrative tasks, answering questions, booking appointments, and providing assistance whenever it’s needed.

Digital-first Care

Since no two people are alike, justmiine organizes a patient’s assigned tasks, medications, and appointments into Activities, the action items of a Care Plan.

When used consistently, the Patient App shows progress over time, helping to visualize a patient’s journey.

With routine use, justmiine achieved better blood pressure and glucose control with increased patient satisfaction, lower mortality rates, and a decrease in hospital admissions by up to 25% for chronically ill patients.

For Providers, nurse time per patient reduced on average 30–50%, successfully delivering better care more efficiently.

Product-Led Growth

justmiiine’s cloud-based virtual care platform allows healthcare providers to remotely manage their patients. The technology, built by doctors, for doctors improves the cost-effectiveness of independent practices, showing an estimated savings of $200–$1,200 per patient per year, depending on condition and frequency of care.

Using the platform, Providers are also able to bill an additional $120–$200/month per patient for RPM services, generating millions in new revenue.

justmiine’s suite of tools reduced hospital admission rates by 25% for chronically ill patients and readmission rates by up to 76% with an estimated savings of $200–$1,200 per patient per year, depending on condition and frequency of care.

By successfully scaling tools for healthcare teams to deliver better care more efficiently, justmiine was acquired by the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS), one of the most important research universities in Latin America.
